This full wedding planning and design service means I work with you from the beginning and throughout your wedding planning journey. 
Planning your dream wedding takes time, effort, and countless decisions, especially when you’re blending two cultures into one unforgettable celebration. If you have a busy lifestyle and find it hard to dedicate time to the details, bringing in an expert early on can make all the difference. As your dedicated wedding planner I will work with you for 6-12+ months, helping to craft your perfect day while handling the logistics, so you can focus on what truly matters.

With years of experience, I’ll guide you through your wedding planning journey, ensuring every detail reflects your unique love story and cultural heritage. From start to finish, you’ll have peace of mind knowing I’m here to take the pressure off, providing the highest level of support to bring your vision to life. On your wedding day, you will relax and enjoy every moment, confident that everything is in excellent hands.

This comprehensive service can include but is not limited to:

01 Inspiration & Design

  • By understanding your vision, we will work together to create a bespoke inspiration board, which reflects your cultures and personalities.
  • I'll present you with various wedding design options for you to consider.
  • You will also receive  a beautiful design brief and style guide, that showcases unique ideas and elegant styling to take your wedding to the next level.

02  Finding the ideal venue & top 10 suppliers

  •  Sourcing elegant venue options for you and visiting them for your selection.
  • You’ll gain access to my extensive network of talented suppliers, such as fabulous florists, brilliant photographers and entertainment, who understand and respect the cultural aspects you may wish to include.
  • I will handpick up to ten top wedding suppliers for your approval, saving you hours of research effort and will work with them to finalise all the important details to create your dream day.

03 Expert Guidance & Support

  • Throughout your wedding planning journey, I will provide expert advice and support every step of the way. Including, reviewing your supplier contracts, and addressing any unforeseen issues.
  • I will maintain regular communication with you through meetings, unlimited calls, and emails.

04 Wedding Administration 

  • I will handle all aspects of your wedding administration, including supplier communication, handling all the logistics, full guest RSVP management, and wedding budget management.
  • Reducing the pressure for you, so that you can enjoy the more fun parts of wedding planning.
  • Creating detailed schedules and timelines, to share with your suppliers to help your day run smoothly. All information will be stored on an online platform, for easy sharing.

05  Wedding Day Management

  • Your wedding day is here! My team and I will be there for the entire day. We will be working hard behind the scenes, to ensure everything runs smoothly, while you prepare with your bridal party. 
  • We'll manage logistics, coordinate suppliers, assist guests, and focus on the finer details for you to give you a fantastic, elegant wedding that represents you both.
  • With exquisite styling and unique touches, we'll bring your vision to life, allowing you to enjoy your day worry-free. You will end your night with dancing and laughter, creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones!

 Extras also included in this service:

  • Creation of a custom wedding website to be used by your guests to find key information about your wedding.
  • Day before venue set up, where needed.
  • Arranging your wedding ceremony rehearsal.
  • Access to any items from the Pearline Events styling collection, to the value of £500.
I take on a limited number of full planning weddings each year, to ensure that I can provide the undivided support and attention that you deserve.

Investment: A bespoke quote will be prepared after your complimentary consultation. 
Typically, it will be a minimum investment of £6,090.
