I take the reins of the final logistics and all wedding administration. Conducting a rigorous review of contracts and venue requirements, taking ownership of the final administration to ensure every potential challenge is pre-emptively resolved.
- Technical production & infrastructure: I provide expert oversight for the complexities of dry-hire and marquee logistics. From managing power distribution and lighting requirements to orchestrating the "reception room flip" and heavy-lift transitions, I ensure the technical integrity of your venue or site is handled with professional precision.
- The precision master timeline: We develop and distribute a definitive, minute-by-minute technical schedule. This document becomes the heartbeat of your wedding, managed flawlessly by my team and me on-site to ensure a seamless flow between religious or cultural traditions and modern celebrations.
- Harmonious on-site leadership: With a dedicated lead planner and assistants on-site on your wedding day, we manage the delicate balance of vendor logistics and guest flow.
