- The logistical handover: Two months before your celebration, I become the primary point of contact for your entire supplier team. I take the reins of the final logistics, all wedding administration, conducting a rigorous review of contracts and venue requirements, to ensure no detail is overlooked and every potential challenge is pre-emptively resolved.
- The precision master timeline: We develop and distribute a definitive, minute-by-minute technical schedule. This document becomes the heartbeat of your wedding, managed flawlessly by my team and me on-site to ensure a perfect flow.
- Harmonious on-site leadership: A dedicated lead planner and assistants are on-site to oversee the build exactly as you envisioned. We manage the delicate balance of vendor logistics and guest flow, with a calm, steadying presence ensuring the atmosphere remains joyful.
- Production management: We handle the complex "heavy-lift" logistics of dry-hire sites, from marquee transitions to the "reception flip"—acting as the frontline for any unexpected shifts on the day.
