Beginning eight weeks before your wedding, I step in as
your Lead Director. I take the baton to manage the transition of every final detail. From technical site handovers and complex schedule alignment to overseeing final logistics, my team and I provide the professional support you need to protect your peace of mind
during the final sprint. We ensure the vision you have carefully built comes together seamlessly. This allows you to let go of the 'how' and focus entirely on what truly matters - celebrating your day.
What's included in the Expert Handover service
- The Logistical Handover: Two months before your celebration, I become the primary point of contact for your entire supplier team. I take the reins of the final logistics and wedding administration. This includes conducting a detailed review of contracts and venue requirements to ensure every detail is aligned.
- Technical Production & Infrastructure: I provide expert oversight of dry-hire and marquee logistics. Ensuring all technical and infrastructure elements are carefully considered and managed. From power distribution and lighting requirements to orchestrating key room or space transitions throughout the day.
- The Master Timeline: Creation and distribution of a definitive, detailed timeline. This becomes the heartbeat of your wedding, managed flawlessly by my team and I on-site, ensuring a smooth flow between religious or cultural traditions and modern celebrations. Whilst maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable pace.
- Harmonious On-Site Leadership: With a dedicated lead planner and assistants on-site on your wedding day, we oversee the delicate balance of supplier logistics, venue set up and guest flow. Ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Lead Liaison for Guests: We act as the central point of contact on the day, managing communications so you and your guests can fully relax and enjoy the celebration.
- Emotional Support: My calm, reassuring presence through the final weeks on the day itself provides a professional safety net, giving you the confidence to be fully present in every moment.
