Outdoor Wedding Venue Inspiration

As a design led wedding planner, I love creating colourful wedding inspiration in an elegant way and this time I got to work at a stunning outdoor wedding venue in Kent - Eastwell Manor.

My elegant design for this shoot was inspired by the stunning grounds at this exquisite Kent wedding venue, with all its beautiful grounds and outdoor options for couples to choose from. I included uplifting colours throughout this design, to contrast against the green space and I wanted to include some yellow, which represented joy.

The concept was about celebrating new life. After a time of darkness, there is light and life. The focus was on celebration of a new chapter - as this couple start their new journey of marriage, following their long distance relationship. Whilst also celebrating a new season, just as the plants bloom, so does love.

I knew, as soon as I visited Eastwell Manor, that an exquisite table set up, would look perfect on the central walkway. This provided two gorgeous backdrops: the view of Eastwell Manor behind and the wonderful fountain and views of the gardens and picturesque North Downs showcasing stunning Kent Countryside.

For this elegant table design, I choose classic items, that reflected light and also that were neutral in colour to complement the gorgeous colourful blooms and garden inspired stationery. I used some of my own vintage glass candlesticks, that work so well and some of glass gold charger plates. The accents of gold in the charger plates and cutlery and the glasses that I choose set it all off. I then added colourful canary yellow candles to give it a lift.
